I am trying to stop neglecting my house cleaning. I haven't done dishes for three days. I haven't done laundry for over a week. I know, I am asolutely horrible. Not.
I simply got lost in the internet, a book, a crochet project I've started, and being slightly lazy. I started an afghan for my honey, I started and finished the book I was given for Christmas - Kushiel's Justice - and I started browsing blogs that use PayPerPost, MyBlogLog and BlogCatalog. I've looked through things on Technorati. I have reread the same email three times from the temp agency, ok ok, three times a day, about them wanting me to take an online test on some things. I am going to do that today. I hope. I have to do it by tomorrow.
It's not a problem that they want me to take this test. I have education in the two programs they want to test me with. I can type while talking to someone and not lose my train of thought (I'm still working on this skill) but the issue is that I haven't used the two programs since I got the upgraded versions.
So I have to hopping along the internet for some brushing up or something, I don't know. I'll figure it out today though because I do need to take the test by tomorrow.
I have never used Excel for it's true purpose. Not really anyway. I've used it to make schedules for interviews and I've used it to make catalog item pages and I've used it to keep track of who was paying in cash and check for a project years ago at the agency. I don't know what the questions are going to be regarding and that will probably be functions that I don't know because I don't use them regularly and when I try I usually screw it up.
I can make a very nice looking catalog item list, though.
